Test Autodiscover Configuration
Requirements:
- Please make sure to follow instructions in the following article first, "How do I setup my AutoDiscover CNAME?"
- Only applies to Exchange 2007 mailboxes.
Procedure:
1. Open Outlook and login to your profile
2. Hold ctrl and click the Outlook tray icon
3. Select "Test E-mail AutoConfiguration"
4. A new window will pop up. Uncheck "User Guessmart" and "Secure Guessmart Authentication".
5. Type your email address and password
6. Click Test.
A failed result will return a blank page.
