How Do I Request A Server Reboot?
If your server is down we request that we you send us an email to support@swordfishhosting.co.uk with 'reboot required' in the subject line. Included in the email please send us:
- IP address
- Root password
- root username (if different)
Reboots are usually actioned within 1 hour however it may take some time for the server to become avaliable again if it requires a disk check or further investigation.
