What Is DNS?
DNS stands for 'Domain Names System'. At it's core DNS allows for translation of internet address's like www.swordfishhosting.co.uk to an IP address. This is how we allow you to create subdomains and how you connect to mail.domainname.com as your incoming and outgoing mailserver.
You can edit your domains DNS via your plesk control panel under 'dns settings' - it's always best to check with us if you plan on changing this and are unfamiliar with it to avoid mistakes.
